The REBUILD Method™
The framework I use in therapy, informed by my clinical training, my understanding of how people change, and my own experience of rebuilding.

Transforming pain into power.
The REBUILD Method™ was born from a simple truth: lasting transformation never happens in one part of your life alone. Real change comes when your mind, body, biology, and identity begin working together.
It weaves three forces into one comprehensive modality — so the very season that broke you becomes the foundation you rebuild from.
Growth Mindset
The belief, backed by psychology, that you are not finished — that ability, resilience, and identity can be rebuilt at any age.
Self-Love
The practice of turning toward yourself with compassion instead of criticism — the quiet foundation every rebuild is built on.
Healthy Lifestyle
Strength, nutrition, sleep, and longevity science — the daily habits that make transformation physical, visible, and lasting.
One step at a time.
The pillars build on each other, but you can return to any of them as your needs change. A hard anniversary or a wave of grief is part of rebuilding, not a step backward.
Restore Your Foundation
Stabilize daily life: sleep, nourishment, emotional support, and immediate practical needs.
Explore What Has Changed
Understand grief, relationship patterns, losses, and what you want to carry forward.
Build Strength and Stability
Develop physical strength, supportive routines, and practical confidence around money and work.
Understand Yourself Again
Rediscover your needs, values, identity, and changing midlife body.
Ignite Self-Trust
Practice making decisions, setting boundaries, and keeping small promises to yourself.
Live Intentionally
Shape relationships, friendships, co-parenting, and daily choices around your values.
Design Your Next Chapter
Create realistic experiments and a flexible plan for purpose, work, connection, and joy.
How the REBUILD Method™ shapes our work.
The REBUILD Method™ is the framework I use in psychotherapy. It is informed by my clinical training, my understanding of how people change, and my own experience of rebuilding. It gives our sessions a clear direction, so you always know what we’re working on and why.
Emotional well-being
Working through grief, anxiety, anger, and fear, and steadying your nervous system.
Identity & confidence
Understanding who you are beyond the roles you’ve held, and trusting yourself again.
Relationships
Boundaries, communication, co-parenting, and the relationships you want going forward.
Supportive daily habits
Sleep, movement, and routines that support your mental health while you rebuild.
What to expect
Consultation
We talk about where you are, what you want to change, and whether we’re a good fit.
Assessment & goals
In your first sessions we look at your history, your current challenges, and what you want your life to look like.
Ongoing therapy
Regular one-on-one psychotherapy sessions, guided by the seven pillars and paced to what you need.
Your next chapter
As therapy progresses, we turn what you’ve built into a plan for the life you want to keep creating.
What informs it
The REBUILD Method™ is my own framework, not a formally studied treatment. It draws on health psychology, growth-mindset research, and evidence-based resilience training: neuroplasticity, nervous-system regulation, the balance of stress and recovery, and finding meaning in adversity. These principles are woven through all seven pillars.

A calm, private space to talk, and a clear direction.
Sessions take place in my Boca Raton office or by secure video. Most begin with a check-in on how you’ve been since we last met. From there, we focus on what matters most right now: a hard conversation coming up, a wave of grief, or a decision you’re weighing.
I’ll ask questions, offer perspective, and teach practical tools, such as ways to calm your nervous system, set a boundary, or respond differently in a difficult moment. You’ll usually leave with one or two things to try before we meet again.
Over time, the REBUILD Method™ keeps the bigger picture in view: your emotional well-being, your identity and confidence, your relationships, and the daily habits that support you.
