Who can attend
Online therapy is available to anyone who is physically in Florida at the time of the session. My license covers clients in Florida, so I can’t see clients who are located elsewhere, even by video.
How sessions work
- Sessions take place by secure video
- Join from a phone, tablet, or computer
- Choose a private place where you can talk freely
- The same therapy and fees as in-person sessions
- You can combine online and in-person sessions in Boca Raton
Insurance and payment
Private pay is $200 per session. In-network insurance is billed through Alma, and your copay depends on your plan. Wellness coaching is a separate service, billed separately from therapy.
How to get started
Book a free call
The button opens my secure Alma page. Choose a time for a free 15–20 minute consultation.
We talk
I’ll ask what’s going on and what you’d like to change, and answer your questions about how I work.
Decide together
If we’re a good fit, you book your first session and complete intake forms through Alma. If not, I’ll suggest other options.
Frequently asked questions
What do I need for a video session?
A phone, tablet, or computer with a camera, a reliable internet connection, and a private place to talk.
Can I have a session while I’m traveling outside Florida?
Sessions need to take place while you’re in Florida. If you’ll be away, let me know and we’ll plan around it.
