As a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist with more than 25 years of clinical experience, I work with couples in Boca Raton and online throughout Florida.
Is couples counseling right for you?
Couples come to therapy at every stage: newly committed, decades into marriage, recovering from a betrayal, or quietly drifting apart. You don’t need to be in crisis to benefit. Many couples come in because they want to stop having the same argument and start understanding each other again.
What we work on
- Communication that doesn’t turn into conflict
- Rebuilding trust after infidelity or broken agreements
- Intimacy and emotional connection
- Life transitions: empty nest, retirement, illness, blended families
- Deciding about the future when one or both partners are unsure
- Stress, money, and parenting disagreements
How sessions work
Your first sessions focus on understanding your history as a couple and what each of you wants. From there, we set clear goals and practice new ways of talking and listening, in session and at home. Sessions are available in person in Boca Raton and by secure video.
Frequently asked questions
What if my partner isn’t sure about therapy?
That’s common. Many couples start with one hesitant partner. The first session is a chance to see what the process is like, with no pressure to commit further.
Do you only work with married couples?
No. I work with couples who are dating, engaged, married, separated, or deciding whether to stay together.
Can we do sessions online?
Yes. Secure video sessions are available for couples located in Florida.
